GL2208-3D-100 3D Galvo Scanner for 532nm Green Laser
In order to solve many problems in the traditional glass drilling process, Sino-Galvo Technology has devoted itself to the development of the GL2208-3D-100 dynamic focusing galvanometer, which is equipped with a green laser, and uses the point-by-point effect of a single pulse on the substrate material. The laser focus is in accordance with the predetermined path. The rapid scanning movement on the glass realizes the removal of glass material. Based on this technology, bottom-to-top processing, the laser passes through the material and focuses on the lower surface of the material, starting from the bottom to remove the material layer by layer. During the processing, the material will not be tapered, and the upper and lower apertures are consistent, enabling high-precision and efficient glass drilling.
The advantages are as following:
■ Adopt advanced optical design scheme, small light loss, small volume, high speed, high precision, good stability, non-contact processing, high yield, glass drilling can achieve no white edge and burr around.
■ The maximum width is 100×100mm, and the minimum diameter of the processing aperture is 0.5 mm. It can process arbitrary shapes such as square holes, round holes, and stepped holes.
■ Precisely control the focal length position of the marking machine, automatically adjust the Z-axis range when performing 3D deep marking processing, keep the light spot to a minimum, and ensure faster cutting speed and finer processing effect.
■ Adopt MM3D software system, support a variety of file formats and import vector graphics, bitmaps and text barcodes, easy to understand, easy to operate, easy to use.
■ Support 3D model import, 2D graphics can be directly wrapped or projected on the built-in common surface.
■ The whole system adopts electromagnetic compatibility optimization design, with high signal-to-noise ratio and strong anti-interference ability.
